Kids Singing
Most children love to sing! Singing is beneficial both physically and emotionally. It makes us breathe deeply, tone abdominal muscles and improve circulation. Singing releases endorphins into our system and makes us feel energized and uplifted. Recent brain research tells us that when children sing and move to music, their developing brains are entirely engaged and stimulated. When children sing, they are using their voices to produce language, rhythm and pitch and using their ears to listen to the voices around them. The most important benefit of singing? It’s fun!
